　　The article has just been released and the most relevant ranking is University Entrance Pass Rates, according to the magazine:

　　"It's a standard set by the Ministry of Education and recognised by all universities, and it's gauged through the work students do in whatever assessment system they are enrolled in. All schools – whether they offer NCEA, Cambridge or IB – record UE results for every student.

　　This makes University Entrance (UE) the only universal measure of achievement for high schools in this country. It's the basic requirement for tertiary study, and it's the best comparative measure we have for all schools.”
